Welcome
Mint may be one of the most familiar herbs in the world, but not all mints taste the same. Each variety brings its own kind of freshness, from cool and classic to bright and citrusy.
Spearmint has the smooth, refreshing flavour people often associate with mint tea, mojitos, tabbouleh, yogurt sauces, and summer drinks. Peppermint brings a stronger cooling sensation, making it especially useful for herbal tea, desserts, hot chocolate, and refreshing infusions. Orange mint adds a softer citrus note that makes drinks, fruit, salads, and iced tea feel a little more special.
This garden brings together three distinct mints in one pot, giving you a fresh, fragrant collection for tea, drinks, desserts, sauces, and everyday recipes.
Your Triple Mint Herb Garden arrives fully grown, pre-potted, and ready to harvest. There is no transplanting, no seed starting, and no guesswork.
Just place it somewhere bright, water when needed, and start using fresh mint in the drinks and meals you already make.

First day care
When your herb garden arrives, remove it from the box as soon as possible and give it a quick check.
Remove any packing material and place the pot on a saucer, tray or waterproof surface. A few bent stems are normal after shipping and usually perk up with light and water.
Touch the top of the soil. If it feels dry, water slowly until the soil is evenly moist and a little water drains from the bottom of the pot.
Let your garden adjust for 48 hours before heavier picking. This gives the plants time to settle into their new home.
Your garden arrives ready to enjoy in its pot. If you choose to upgrade your pot, wait 48 hours until the garden has fully recovered from shipping and is actively growing before repotting.
If your mint arrives looking a little tired, don’t worry — that can happen after shipping. Give it bright light, water if needed, and it should perk back up within a day.
If anything looks concerning, please reach out to us at support@herbwild.com as soon as possible so we can help. We want you to succeed, and your plants are backed by our 15-day satisfaction guarantee.
Light & water
Place your garden in bright natural light, such as a sunny windowsill, kitchen counter near a window, or covered patio. Mint grows best with plenty of light, but it also appreciates a spot that stays comfortable and does not get excessively hot or dry.
Water when the top inch of soil feels dry. Mint likes steady moisture, so do not let the pot dry out completely. The goal is evenly moist soil, not soggy soil. If the pot feels heavy and the soil is still damp, wait another day.
Turn the pot every few days so all sides receive direct light. This helps the garden grow more evenly and keeps the mint easier to harvest.
Do not let the pot sit in standing water. Empty the saucer after watering so the roots stay healthy.
Meet your herbs

Smooth, sweet, and refreshing. Spearmint is classic in mint tea, mojitos, lemonade, tabbouleh, yogurt sauces, fruit salads, and summer drinks.
Spearmint grows quickly. Harvest it regularly to keep it full, fresh, and balanced.

Cool, bold, and refreshing with a stronger mint flavour. Peppermint is especially good in herbal tea, iced tea, hot chocolate, desserts, and chocolate-based recipes.
Peppermint likes steady moisture and bright light. Trim the longer stems often so the plant stays tidy and productive.
Fresh and minty with a soft citrus note. Orange mint is especially nice in iced tea, sparkling water, fruit salads, cocktails, mocktails, and simple syrups.
Orange mint does best with regular light harvests. Harvest small amounts often and give it bright light to keep the flavour strong.
Harvesting
Small, regular harvests are better than one large cut. Use clean scissors or herb snips, take what you need for the drink or meal, and leave plenty of leafy growth behind so the garden can keep producing.
Mint responds well to trimming. Regular harvesting encourages fresh new stems and helps keep the garden full instead of leggy.
Snip stems just above a pair of leaves. Use the tender top growth for the freshest flavour.
Cut longer stems back by a few inches, just above a pair of leaves. This encourages new side shoots and keeps the plant compact.
Harvest small sprigs from the top of the plant. Avoid cutting too much at once so it can continue growing strongly.
Easy ways to use them
Fresh mint is one of the easiest herbs to use because it works in both sweet and savoury recipes. You can steep it, gently press it into drinks, chop it into salads, use it as a garnish, or add it fresh right before serving.
Fresh mint makes a simple, fragrant tea with just hot water and a few leaves. Spearmint is smooth and classic, peppermint is stronger and cooler, and orange mint adds a light citrus note.
Mint is one of the most useful herbs for homemade drinks. For the strongest flavour, gently press the leaves before adding liquid.
Fresh mint works beautifully with sweet and creamy foods. A small amount goes a long way.
Spearmint especially works well in savoury cooking. Add mint near the end so the flavour stays fresh.
